IMF Intern (Animation/Nuke)

Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, increasing to four days per week from January 5, 2026. If working in person, must be willing to work in Glendale, California and provide own relocation, housing, and transportation.

Salary: $17.87 hourly

What you will do

• Work in the Image Finaling (IMF) department, a digital paint fix department.
• Perform creative and technical fixes in Nuke to resolve render-related issues and creative requests.
• Gain real-world experience within the animated feature film pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with IMF production staff, supervisor, and leads.
• Receive proper training and eventually work on entry-level feature shots.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Nuke.
• Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree or be a recent graduate (within six months of graduation date).
• Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Experience with Photoshop.
