What you will do
- Analyze markets, applications, and customer use cases in e-mobility to define solution requirements and positioning.
- Define solution concepts (hardware, software, services, partners) and their value propositions, differentiating from competitors.
- Segment customers, define priority segments, and develop tailored solution playbooks and messaging.
- Develop core solution narratives, messaging frameworks, and key arguments for sales and product teams.
- Create solution marketing assets like briefs, application notes, presentations, and web content.
- Support sales teams with tailored content and plan solution-focused campaigns, events, and trade fairs.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Several years' experience in solutions, product, or technical marketing, or application engineering/business development in high-tech, ideally e-mobility or semiconductors.
- Strong understanding of technology-driven innovation and ability to translate complex topics into business value.
- Proven ability to work at the interface of product, engineering, sales, and partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
