Location: Mostly Remote (Occasional London travel) for UK based contractors ONLY

Salary: Up to £550/day

What you will do

• Design and implement versioned RESTful APIs using .NET 6+
• Build secure services behind Azure API Management (APIM)
• Implement authentication, authorisation, token validation, and throttling mechanisms
• Design clean, testable architectures adhering to SOLID principles
• Deploy services to AKS/Azure Functions
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders to influence technical direction

Requirements

• Proven experience building secure, scalable API platforms in Azure
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET 6+ and ASP.NET Core Web API
• Experience with Azure API Management, AKS/Azure Functions, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to influence design decisions and challenge constructively
• Capable of building production-ready services
• Must be a UK based contractor
