What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end projects/programmes, contributing to commercial benefit and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality criteria.
• Monitor and manage issue escalations, project risks, dependencies, and changes, communicating proactively with stakeholders.
• Consult on complex projects with global impact, driving execution, analysis, recommendation, and implementation.
• Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of projects/programmes in line with hirify.global policies, defining and maintaining realistic plans.
• Support project/programme communication and timely reporting to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Champion and share knowledge on emerging trends in Project/Programme Management & PMO, including agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience in Project/Programme Management, executing and coordinating complex projects.
• Proficiency in Business Case Development, Business Strategy, and Financial Management.
• Strong skills in Agile Methodologies, Risk Management, and Change Management.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and contribute to organisational transformation.
• Demonstrated capabilities in Governance & Assurance and Requirements Management.
• A growth mindset with inclusive leadership and problem-solving abilities.
