Location: Hybrid in Alphen Aan Den Rijn, Netherlands (8 days per month in office, up to three days remote work per week).

What you will do

• Receive intensive training on the software product while simultaneously working on the Service Desk.
• Listen to customers to ensure successful software usage and explain what is and isn’t possible.
• Answer technical questions about the software and provide advice.
• Solve colleagues’ problems.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or initial experience as a consultant.
• Higher professional education (HBO) or university-level (WO) working and thinking level, ideally with a background in Business Informatics or Business Administration.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to turn needs into solutions.
• Communicate easily in English and French.
• Skilled with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Interest in IT, software, and computers.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
• Some project-based experience with IT or Information Management.
