What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and modern frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end feature delivery, including low-level design, API design, and mobile data modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches and refine product requirements.
• Drive code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve product outcomes and user experiences.
• Enhance application observability, performance monitoring, and incident resolution strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional experience developing and shipping Android applications using Kotlin in production.
• Expertise in Android architecture, API integration, RESTful services, and data modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to design maintainable, testable, and performant codebases.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven systems and their integration into mobile features.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency with Jetpack Compose and Android UI/UX best practices.
• Deep understanding of architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or MVP.
• Proven track record of driving architectural improvements like modularization or platform standardization.
• Experience mentoring engineers on technical design and development best practices.
