What you will do

  • Manage the TT/SMB EMEA renewals team, including global team members, book of business, and processes.
  • Drive processes for Renewal Specialist teams to strategize on renewals and applicable upsells.
  • Oversee the 90-day renewals pipeline and maintain a company-set target retention rate.
  • Act as an escalation point for commercial, contractual, and process issues relating to customer retention.
  • Participate in churn reviews and forecasts, providing insights to senior leadership.
  • Develop and groom a high-performing Renewal Specialist team to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements

  • Location: Onsite in Leeds or London, United Kingdom.
  • University graduate with some exposure to customer environments.
  • 3+ years of people manager experience within a Sales, Finance, Renewals, or Operations role.
  • English: B2 required (First-class communication skills, written and oral, are essential).
  • Interest in IT and emerging technologies.
  • High level of administrative skills and good at building customer relationships.
