What you will do

• Analyze player behavior and game performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Develop and deploy basic predictive models for player segmentation and churn prediction.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analyses to evaluate game changes.
• Collaborate with game development, product management, and marketing teams.
• Communicate complex data concepts and analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role (internships and academic projects count).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with SQL for querying databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and basic machine learning concepts (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with big data technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Understanding of data governance and best practices for data privacy and security.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in the gaming industry.
