What you will do

• Assist in developing and implementing company policies compliant with FDA, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, ISO 42001, GDPR, and PCI requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments and gap analyses against various compliance frameworks.
• Manage security awareness training platforms and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Document compliance and regulatory requirements from client meetings.
• Prepare tasks for technical teams (DevOps, System Administration, Operations, Engineering) to ensure policy compliance.
• Perform periodic audit testing, gather evidence, and document remediation steps.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Compliance Operations experience with FDA, SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, PCI or other applicable standards.
• English: C1 fluency required for all business communications.
• Ability to work autonomously as part of a globally distributed team.
• Curiosity to learn about different industries.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with others.
• Adaptability to operate with a startup mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development best practices.
• Experience implementing controls in AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, GitHub.
• GRC platforms experience.
