What you will do

• Proactively contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Present SpeedFit products and services clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development (B2C or B2B).
• Native-level Australian English (accent, tone, and phrasing must sound Australian).
• Strong phone presence with excellent persuasion and rapport-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Confident using CRM systems, dialers, and common sales tools.
• Strong time management and self-discipline.
