What you will do
- Translate 'In Control' requirements, policies, guidelines, and blueprints into actionable daily, quarterly, and annual tasks for squads.
- Support squads by answering questions, connecting them to experts, and helping them solve 'In Control' issues.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the 'In Control' status, identifying issues and facilitating alignment between squads, Tech Leads, and the Domain Control Officer (DCO).
- Reach out to topic owners for clarification and discrepancies with progress dashboards.
- Support squads in resolving 'In Control' issues by providing guidance and access to correct information.
Requirements
- Experience working with Azure DevOps.
- Good working knowledge of hirify.global's Risk control framework and SRMP processes.
- Experience with tools like HALO ITSM and Power BI.
- Affinity with topics like IAM, MFA, Vulnerability management, CI/CD, and IT Disaster Recovery.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
- Ability to analyze 'In Control' issues from multiple angles.
- Strong communication skills for explaining 'In Control' requirements and influencing stakeholders.
