Senior Solutions Engineer: Leading technical consulting and solution design for SaaS companies, enabling them to build customer experiences with hirify.global's payment infrastructure. Focus on architecting complex multi-entity, global enterprise ecosystems and assisting with API integrations and technical challenges.

Location: Remote within the UK, or from one of our stylish hubs.

hirify.global offers a SaaS payment infrastructure solution, acting as a Merchant of Record for software companies globally.

What you will do

  • Become an expert on the hirify.global product suite, including the checkout, dashboard, and APIs.
  • Lead technical discovery and solution design for multi-entity, global enterprises with complex tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate confidently with C-suite and senior developers to support them in building incredible customer experiences.
  • Write integration plans and sample code for sellers to assist them in implementing hirify.global integration.
  • Support and empower Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to win new business and onboard customers.
  • Play a role in product development by communicating issues and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Excellent web technologies experience including HTML, CSS and JavaScript and understanding how they work together.
  • Experience using and integrating APIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer management skills developed in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of the online payments infrastructure, ideally with experience.
