TL;DR
Implementation Consultant (Project Management): Lead and support software migrations and implementations of accounting entity management solutions with an accent on data integrity, client-specific configuration, and project delivery. Focus on managing multiple priorities, client communication, and ensuring smooth transitions from onboarding through go-live.
Location: Must have legal right to live and work in South Africa, based in Johannesburg, hybrid work format.

What you will do
- Lead and support migrations of accounting entity management software and related systems.
- Conduct client interviews to assess operational and migration requirements and configure software accordingly.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and communication with clients and internal teams.
- Test data integrity and support clients through remote testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Provide structured client feedback and act as a product expert internally.
- Ensure timely and successful project launches aligned with company strategy.
Requirements
- Legal right to live and work in South Africa is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals and back-office accounting processes.
- Experience supporting software implementations or migrations, preferably in SaaS or professional services.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with client-facing experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools such as Monday.com and Zendesk.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project tasks effectively.
