What you will do

• Lead and support migrations of Accounting Entity Management and related software.
• Conduct client interviews to assess requirements and configure software solutions.
• Analyze, map, validate, extract, reconcile, convert, and import client data.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to clients and internal teams.
• Support clients post-migration through go-live and early adoption.

Requirements

• Experience supporting software implementations or migrations.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and back-office accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Accounting Entity Management systems.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Monday.com and Zendesk.
• Prior experience in SaaS or professional services environments.
