What you will do
- Plan and execute yearly technology roadmaps in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
- Manage project budgets, secure funding, and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations and payment milestones.
- Monitor project progress, team capacity, velocity, and burn rates using JIRA dashboards.
- Manage risks, resolve impediments, and implement change control.
- Lead communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, including Steering Committee meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure projects are delivered using Lean and Agile practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management.
- Proven track record of driving customer deliveries using Lean and Agile practices, including the Scrum framework.
- Excellent knowledge of JIRA for project structuring and creating visibility boards.
- Experience managing multiple large and complex projects across distributed teams and locations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to produce data-driven presentations to support discussions at different organizational levels.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid format in Providence, RI, US.

- Strong knowledge of the Lottery industry, including Player Platforms, CRM features, remote gaming server integrations, and Data Protection.
