What you will do
- Be the primary point of contact for large dropshipping clients.
- Investigate local markets and identify potential leads for growth.
- Develop and execute sales growth plans for assigned accounts.
- Monitor sales performance in target countries and proactively seek new accounts.
- Improve account listings and facilitate cross-border selling initiatives.
- Resolve client conflicts and provide timely solutions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of working or internship experience in an e-commerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new backend systems and software.
- Hands-on mentality and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of XML and data feeds.
- Experience with selling on major marketplaces like eBay and Amazon.
