TL;DR

Sales & Customer Success Enablement Manager: Designing, launching, and scaling enablement programs for B2B Sales and Customer Success teams with an accent on improving customer experience and driving revenue. Focus on developing scalable onboarding, training, and certification programs grounded in adult learning principles, and acting as a strategic partner to Go-To-Market leadership.

Location: Hybrid in New York City

Salary: $125,000–$200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Success teams, combining live facilitation, e-learning, and on-the-job application.
  • Create scalable playbooks, talk tracks, and certification programs that align with product roadmap and GTM strategy.
  • Leverage adult learning principles and instructional design to develop engaging training experiences.
  • Partner with Sales and CS leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted enablement solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership by translating field insights into actionable content.
  • Define and track enablement KPIs (time-to-ramp, attainment, program adoption) and tie them to revenue productivity and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, or Learning & Development in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering programs that improve ramp time, productivity, and retention.
  • Strong expertise in facilitation and learning design, grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable facilitating at all levels.
  • Proficiency with enablement and learning tools (CRM, LMS, Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, Salesloft, Avarra).
  • A builder mindset, skilled at creating clarity and designing scalable programs from scratch.
