What you will do

• Help build and run hirify.global’s Go-Forward Sales Operations Strategy.
• Connect and analyze data to build predictive models that will help drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making informed decisions based on trends.
• Forecast Net New business and Renewals.
• Standardize processes across various Go-To-Market teams and partner with leaders to run their business.
• Build, maintain, and automate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting using next-gen tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or another quantitative field.
• Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Alliances Operations, Finance, or Strategy functions.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Clari, Power BI).
