What you will do

• Develop and evolve the internal AI Automation Framework.
• Set up, maintain, and improve the AI autotests pipeline, ensuring stability, reproducibility, and scalability.
• Drive AI R&D, exploring and validating approaches, prototyping solutions, and taking successful experiments to production.
• Define the direction, set priorities, and build the roadmap for AI-powered testing solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI solutions from idea to production.
• Proven track record integrating AI/LLMs into real products or internal systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of system architecture and ability to design scalable solutions.
• Experience with LLM-powered tools for code generation and analysis (e.g., Claude Code).
• Experience building and deploying AI agents and mobile automation tools (e.g., Appium).
