What you will do
- Engage with customers as a Customer Success leader to understand their business needs and execute defined solutions.
- Identify and actively seek out opportunities for increasing revenue from existing and new business streams.
- Proactively fulfill Customer needs through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal technical, production, and quality teams.
- Collaborate with operations leadership, Sales, and Production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continual process improvement.
- Track and monitor performance of global delivery teams and external suppliers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.
- Review program financial data to ensure financial targets are achieved and manage operational revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and program management within the Localization field.
- Extensive interpersonal skills, excellent business planning, cross-group coordination, and business acumen.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including slide concept creation and customer presentation in English.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex programs, and outstanding organizational skills.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior judgment, team building, budgeting, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
