What you will do

• Manage relationships with regional reviewers to schedule and oversee content reviews.
• Collaborate with global and production teams to enhance, create, implement, and maintain online content.
• Shape style guides, glossaries, and common localization documentation.
• Coordinate workflows for rapid turn-around schedules to meet client content needs.
• Initiate and implement procedural changes and customized localization workflows.
• Manage translation memory (TM) and ensure it is up to date with feedback.

Requirements

• Experience working within a fast-paced localization environment.
• Strong IT skills, including experience with XML, HTML, and CMS.
• Experience in Program Management, Risk Management, and Contingency Planning.
• Excellent editorial skills with a keen eye for detail and quality awareness.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to be self-sufficient and manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
