What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document data and reporting requirements for a centralized, self-service data platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering, and tech ops teams to translate business needs into clear, traceable technical specifications and user stories.
• Lead requirements, planning, and validation activities for the migration and testing of five critical data domains.
• Maintain ownership of existing data reporting and operational support, resolving data quality issues.
• Document current and future state processes, data flows, and governance standards.
• Contribute to foundational Data Strategy initiatives, including Master Data Management (MDM), data lineage, and data cataloguing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in data-driven and product-based environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX for dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Proficiency in Databricks and SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical documentation, including requirement gathering and functional specifications.
• Experience leading UAT activities and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of data governance and data management practices, including MDM and PII compliance.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Experience working in the trading, financial services, or fintech domain.
• Understanding of trading platforms such as MetaQuotes.
