Location: Hybrid in Düsseldorf, Germany. Work setup includes up to 2 work-from-home days weekly. Remote work from within Germany or selected countries abroad is possible for up to 20 days per year. Candidates must be authorized to work in Germany as an intern and available full-time for 6 months.

What you will do

• Assist in producing high-quality advertising content to enhance hirify.global’s brand presence.
• Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of creative production projects.
• Help maintain production schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all production assets.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on production progress and milestones.
• Research and liaise with external vendors, including production companies, talent agencies, and freelancers.

Requirements

• Passion for media production, film production, or creative project management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with eagerness to take initiative and learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Authorized to work in Germany as an intern and available full-time (40 hours/week) for 6 months.

Nice to have

• Some experience or coursework in production planning, content creation, or media workflows.
• Familiarity with production tools, scheduling software, or editing programs.
