What you will do
- Have commercial and contractual ownership of dedicated accounts, leading client success.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 customers, focusing on value and satisfaction.
- Drive growth through upsales and retention within your accounts.
- Guide CxO’s and super users in their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with team members and other professionals at hirify.global.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS sales.
- Experience managing six-figure solution sales and enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong drive to create tangible results, identify, and drive upsales and cross-sales while ensuring retention.
- Fluent communication skills in English and excellent presentation skills, capable of convincing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build great and long-lasting relationships with global clients and exceed expectations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 30 days a year) and join the office in Helsinki city centre at least 1-2 days per week.

- Prior experience or understanding of procurement and supply chain.
- Ability to hold discussions in French or German.
