What you will do

• Accelerate prototyping and ship working MVPs in hours using AI tools.
• Deliver end-to-end features, working seamlessly across backend and frontend.
• Debug and understand complex codebases, finding root causes of issues.
• Apply strong foundations in software design patterns, security principles, and performance optimization.
• Ensure quality by writing automated tests and managing technical debt.
• Use LLMs to synthesize raw customer feedback from calls, tickets, and forums into actionable problem statements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to challenge the roadmap and propose simpler solutions with high user value.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of strong background in software engineering.
• Demonstrated ability or strong curiosity to use AI tools for code generation and text summarization.
• Proven full-stack fluency, working across backend and frontend.
• Demonstrated product sense, articulating how past features impacted the business.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
