What you will do

• Proactively engage customers to secure purchase orders for scheduled billing cycles and communicate billing timelines and contract terms.
• Review and validate Salesforce service contracts, pricing, quantities, and billing schedules for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to resolve contract or data issues and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Ensure billing readiness by confirming documentation and approvals before order creation and track billing pipeline risks.
• Support audit requirements, compliance standards, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines for onsite work
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in order management, billing operations, or related fields.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with direct customer outreach and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or subscription billing models.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Additional language skills (Spanish, German, French) are a plus.
