What you will do

• Own product development within an autonomous team, collaborating with Product Managers.
• Balance between Java (Spring Boot) backend and Angular (TypeScript) frontend development.
• Ensure high-stakes security for applications handling sensitive global compliance data.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from system design to cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Orchestrate AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable) to build scalable, secure, and elegant systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, with a strong understanding of good code quality.
• Deep curiosity and willingness to use AI agents to accelerate workflow.
• Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript, comfortable with fullstack development.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in a results-oriented, meeting-light culture.
• Security mindset, taking pride in writing secure code and understanding modern threat landscapes.
• English: Fluent required.
