Senior Manager EMEA OTC (Wholesale & Retail)

Senior Manager EMEA OTC (SAP CAR): Leading and optimizing Wholesale and Retail Order to Cash (OTC) processes and SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) landscape with an accent on end-to-end domain ownership and strategic leadership. Focus on designing, governing, and continuously improving wholesale and retail order management, pricing, allocation, and real-time transaction handling, while ensuring tight integration with SAP FMS and SAP S/4HANA.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands. Opportunity to work from anywhere 4 weeks a year.

What you will do

• Own the OTC and CAR domain strategy across wholesale and retail channels.
• Translate business priorities into system roadmaps aligned with company growth and omnichannel strategy.
• Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of wholesale and retail order management and sales processing.
• Act as the functional lead for SAP CAR, including POS Data Transfer and Audit, Demand Data Foundation, Sales Audit, OAA, and OPP.
• Lead major initiatives such as S4 Transformation, new country/channel rollouts, and omnichannel enablement.
• Manage internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP within retail and/or wholesale fashion environments.
• Proven leadership in Order to Cash processes across B2B (wholesale) and B2C (retail/eCommerce).
• Strong hands-on or design-level experience with SAP CAR (Sales Audit, OAA, DDF, POS integration).
• Experience with SAP FMS (or similar fashion/retail ERP) and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Demonstrated success leading global or multi-country SAP programs.
• Proven people leadership and strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications in SD, CAR, or S/4HANA Retail.
• Experience with omnichannel or real-time inventory initiatives.
• Background in large-scale transformation or ERP modernization programs.
