TL;DR

Sales Sr. Strategic Business Developer (K-12 Financial Solutions): Driving financial product bookings and sales strategy for the K-12 market with an accent on cultivating C-level relationships and enabling sales teams. Focus on expanding market coverage, product evangelization, and driving product enhancements based on customer feedback.

Location: Remote (United States of America, United Kingdom). Travel required up to 20%.

Salary: $172,500.00–$202,100.00 (base + annual proposed commission)

What you will do

  • Drive Financial Edge bookings and accountability across K-12 sales teams to meet targets.
  • Build and execute a holistic Financial Solutions sales strategy, expanding market coverage and penetration.
  • Champion and evangelize hirify.global’s Financial Solutions value, developing sales talent through enablement programs.
  • Assist in building impactful demand generation campaigns and market-facing messaging with Product Marketing.
  • Partner with Product Management to drive future product enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Consult with Customer Success on implementation strategy and improve the reference program.

Requirements

  • Financial Operations and/or Accounting experience required.
  • 5-10+ years of experience working with hirify.global Financial Solutions or equivalent K-12 industry experience.
  • 5-10+ years of software sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to operate under minimal supervision, leading cross-functional initiatives and deal cycles.
  • Strong listening skills, with demonstrated ability to ask effective need-development questions.
  • Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative selling environment.
  • English: B2 required.
