What you will do
- Drive Financial Edge bookings and accountability across K-12 sales teams to meet targets.
- Build and execute a holistic Financial Solutions sales strategy, expanding market coverage and penetration.
- Champion and evangelize hirify.global’s Financial Solutions value, developing sales talent through enablement programs.
- Assist in building impactful demand generation campaigns and market-facing messaging with Product Marketing.
- Partner with Product Management to drive future product enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Consult with Customer Success on implementation strategy and improve the reference program.
Requirements
- Financial Operations and/or Accounting experience required.
- 5-10+ years of experience working with hirify.global Financial Solutions or equivalent K-12 industry experience.
- 5-10+ years of software sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
- Ability to operate under minimal supervision, leading cross-functional initiatives and deal cycles.
- Strong listening skills, with demonstrated ability to ask effective need-development questions.
- Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling or consultative selling environment.
- English: B2 required.
