Salary: Estimated pay range for this position: 23 700 – 37 455 PLN gross monthly.

• Work closely with quest and cinematic designers to understand their needs and ensure tools meet creative and technical goals.
• Build and maintain story-related plugins.
• Ensure tools run efficiently without sacrificing performance, maintaining smooth workflows.
• Write high-quality, optimized, and bug-free code aligned with project goals.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure tools contribute effectively to all game systems and components.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience as a programmer within the game industry.
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming and knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome technical challenges and drive innovation.
• Ability to interpret the needs of less technical people and communicate workflow effectively.
• Experience with Unreal’s cinematic sequencer.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on Story or Quest tools.
