🚀 We're hiring a Growth Product Manager

Looking for a Product leader with strong systems thinking, experience with complex SaaS or platform products, and the ability to balance speed, scalability, and compliance. Prior experience with fintech, ERP, or marketplaces is a strong plus.

🔎 What you’ll do:
- Own product vision & roadmap
- Translate complex business, legal, financial & technical requirements into clear specs
- Manage backlog & priorities
- Work closely with Engineering & Compliance
- Ensure scalability, speed & regulatory alignment

✅ Requirements:
- 3+ years as Product Manager / Product Owner
- Experience with ERP / CRM / complex SaaS platforms
- Strong systems thinking
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience
- Russian & English
