What you will do

• Architect solutions and write technical documents identifying software project requirements in collaboration with product and UXD teams.
• Be responsible for overall company goals within your team, contributing to the development of customer-facing Flutter applications.
• Write well-formulated, testable, and readable code using appropriate software paradigms.
• Lead development evolution by pairing, reviewing pull requests, and advocating development standards.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and build cross-functional relationships.
• Ensure accessibility is a core part of the development approach for all products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong understanding of mobile DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment.
• Advanced software engineering skills, including writing high-quality code and thorough code reviews.
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across the mobile application lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of Functional Reactive Programming (FRP) concepts and practical application.
• Strong grasp of software architecture principles, with experience using the C4 model or equivalent.
