What you will do

• Support corporate strategy and operating model design workstreams.
• Contribute to operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support commercial strategy analyses and growth initiatives.
• Assist in the structuring and execution of strategic programs.
• Develop structured analyses, business cases, and executive materials.
• Track initiative progress and supporting governance routines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, business, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting firms (MBB or equivalent strategy consulting firms preferred).
• Experience in corporate strategy, operating model design, operational excellence, or commercial strategy projects.
• Experience working on digital transformation, technology transformation, or data/AI-related initiatives.
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required
• Experience in technology, AI, analytics, or platform-based businesses is a strong plus.
