What you will do

Lead workstreams across corporate strategy, operating model design, and transformation programs.
Drive operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives across business units.
Support commercial and growth strategy efforts.
Structure and coordinate complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
Translate leadership priorities into detailed workplans, governance, and execution roadmaps.
Prepare executive-level materials and supporting senior decision-making forums.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting firms (MBB or equivalent strategy consulting firms preferred).
Strong experience in corporate strategy, operating model design, operational excellence, or commercial strategy projects.
Experience working on digital transformation, technology transformation, or data/AI-related initiatives.
Experience managing workstreams and interacting with senior client stakeholders.
Comfortable working in fast-growing, dynamic environments.

Nice to have

MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.
Experience in technology, AI, analytics, or platform-based businesses is a strong plus.
