What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience goals and requirements.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, aligned with brand, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on design solutions.
• Translate complex healthcare data and workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries in Figma.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Engineer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating Figma-based work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards, preferably in regulated environments.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating insights into design improvements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare, including awareness of regulations such as HIPAA or FDA guidelines.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support design–development collaboration.
• UX or related professional certifications.
