What you will do

• Own and maintain on-premise Business Central environments and lead upgrades from C/AL to AL.
• Support the transition from On-Premises to cloud-compatible architecture.
• Reduce operational risk by minimizing single-person dependency in migration and upgrade processes.
• Advise on and implement best practices for new Microsoft Business Central features.
• Maintain and optimize multitenant on-premise architecture.
• Modernize legacy integrations, including migration from Basic Authentication and NTLM to OAuth.
• Ensure compatibility with various finance and sales extensions and transition .NET components to cloud-compatible compilation standards.
• Proactively identify technical risks and implement sustainable improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Hands-on expertise in AL and C/AL.
• Proven BC upgrade and migration experience (e.g., BC14 → BC24/26+).
• Understanding of multitenant On-Prem BC architecture and complex extensions.
• OAuth authentication knowledge in enterprise environments.
• Experience transitioning .NET components to cloud-compatible models.
• Understanding of AI support capabilities.
