• Source and screen high-quality temporary and contract candidates.
• Manage the full end-to-end contract recruitment process, including winning new business, negotiating terms, delivering top talent, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Provide exceptional service and contractor aftercare while achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
