What you will do

• Coordinate team meetings and events, including calendar invites.
• Establish engagements on relevant client ATS.
• Coordinate invoicing and billings processes.
• Collate data and prepare reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide information for internal reporting and update systems on timely basis.
• Contribute to positive team environment and proactively achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Some HR or recruitment coordination experience.
• Local language (Korean) required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong user in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in applicant tracking or recruitment technology.
• Able to maintain multiple parallel processes at once.
• Must consistently conduct interactions with key stakeholders in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
