What you will do

• Maintain audio and communication systems to ensure 100% uptime for events and projects.
• Plan, setup, and test systems for events, ensuring connectivity and quality.
• Manage the technical quality control of communication systems on Hub productions.
• Maintain documentation of all audio and communications systems.
• Provide technical assistance for mobile fleet communications and audio systems integration.
• Collaborate with Melbourne and Sydney Hub teams to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

• Technical or associate degree or relevant experience.
• Connectivity, configuration, and operation of RTS communications systems.
• Understanding of audio console connectivity, configuration, and operations, with focus on LAWO and Calrec.
• Knowledge of IP audio transmission standards.
• Prior experience in the broadcast industry.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Riedel communications systems.
• Technical support background.
