What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex IT and digital transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage vendors and external partners, and monitor contract performance.
- Maintain strong communication and alignment between business and IT stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing complex IT and digital transformation projects.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical understanding (IT architecture, data integration, cloud/on-premise).
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid project delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
- University degree (preferably in IT, engineering, or business).
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
