Company NDA is expanding its Business Development team.
We are looking for a crypto-native professional with deep expertise in token liquidity and a strong network in the industry.

💼 What you’ll be doing:

Identify and close deals with promising crypto projects (pre-TGE and post-TGE).

Manage the full BD cycle: outreach, qualification, negotiation, and onboarding.

Act as a trusted advisor to founders on liquidity and market-making strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and long-term client success.

🔍 What we’re looking for:

3+ years of B2B sales / BD experience in crypto/Web3.

Solid understanding of token liquidity mechanics and market making.

Strong network across Web3 (founders, exchanges, VCs, accelerators).

Fluent English (C1+); other languages are a plus.

Self-starter, structured, and results-oriented.
