Role One of our clients is hiring experienced data professionals with advanced SQL expertise to support AI tool-use workflow development. This project-based engagement focuses on improving agentic workflows that power advanced AI applications. The opportunity is fully remote and flexible, with engagements ranging from short-term to ongoing based on project needs.

• Create realistic SQL-driven workflows based on practical, real-world use cases
• Design complex tasks involving joins, window functions, CTEs, and large dataset manipulation
• Reason through and document ideal solutions for each workflow

AI Model Evaluation

• Review and validate AI model tool-use capabilities related to SQL workflows
• Assess logical reasoning and execution accuracy
• Provide structured feedback to enhance model performance

Data Quality & Optimization

• Evaluate data integrity and implement validation checks
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related quantitative fields

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field preferred
