What you will do

  • Manage and mentor Product Owners, providing coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Oversee product deliverables to ensure business value, clear requirements, and defined success metrics.
  • Foster better delivery processes for quality outcomes in partnership with Engineering Managers.
  • Facilitate cross-team alignment and manage dependencies across multiple delivery teams.
  • Contribute to initiative planning, track delivery metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Champion agile process improvement and coach Product Owners on best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven Leader: 5+ years in product or Agile delivery roles, with experience in line management and team leadership.
  • Experienced in product practices impacting Product Owners such as value-based prioritisation and success metrics.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and optimizing delivery flow.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Collaborative work style with experience leading and facilitating cross-functional workshops.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and coaching teams in their adoption.
