What you will do

• Develop profitable business through client relationship building and account management.
• Lead the delivery of complex projects ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication.
• Support relationship development with large key clients and act as a relationship manager.
• Lead proposal writing and shaping of opportunities for complex clients.
• Contribute to thought leadership and research to enhance the hirify.global brand.
• Deepen consulting skills and support the development of colleagues through mentoring.

Requirements

• Relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus 10+ years relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR function.
• Alternatively, significant work experience (10+ years) in a top tier professional services firm.
• Ability to work in Krung Thep Mahanakhon (Bangkok).
