To support our organic growth and website execution, we’re looking for a full-time WordPress Developer / Web Specialist who excels at publishing content, implementing technical SEO improvements, and evolving our website’s components and functionality.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility is to keep our WordPress website running smoothly and shipping: publishing and updating pages, implementing technical SEO fixes, and building new components and functionality.

You’ll work closely with our SEO & Content team, while being part of the broader Marketing team - supporting requests from other teams when they need website updates or new pages published. This is a full-time, hands-on remote role, with 3–4 hours of overlap with Central European Time (CET).

What You’ll Do

• Publish and maintain WordPress content, including creating new pages and blog articles and ensuring consistent formatting, layouts, and reusable block usage.
• Implement technical improvements and SEO recommendations.
• Evolve the site’s component library and design system by building reusable blocks/sections, creating new templates and post types as needed, and standardizing layout, typography, spacing, and components.
• Deliver new functionality and lead-magnet experiences such as polls, calculators, and other interactive or conversion-focused elements. • Collaborate with internal teams and our external agency to estimate and deliver sprint work, coordinate technical tasks, QA, and releases, and document/improve workflows.

• Yoast SEO

QualificationsRequired

• 2+ years hands-on WordPress experience building and maintaining marketing websites
• 2+ years hands-on experience with GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks
• Strong content production experience (pages + blog posts) at scale
• Ability to implement technical SEO fixes and collaborate with SEO stakeholders
• Comfortable with component-based development (reusable blocks, templates, consistent styles)
• Experience improving site performance and practical UX

Preferred

• Experience implementing structured data / schema markup
• Experience with B2B SaaS and/or regulated-industry websites
• Experience collaborating with external dev/maintenance agencies
