What you will do

• Monitor online reviews, forums, social media, blogs, and search results to track brand sentiment and identify risks or opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce negative sentiment and amplify positive brand perception.
• Create user-driven content (case studies, testimonials, forum responses) to build trust and credibility.
• Strengthen EEAT (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) signals through expert collaborations, authoritative mentions, and PR initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Brand, Creative, and Social Media teams to ensure aligned messaging.
• Track and report on key metrics (sentiment, share of voice, trends) and provide actionable insights to app teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing online reputation in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of EEAT, branding, and digital PR principles.
• Experience with social listening tools and sentiment analysis platforms.
• English: Advanced with excellent written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in fitness or wellness industries.
• Familiarity with Reddit and community-driven platforms.
• Understanding of cultural nuances across US, UK, LATAM, and EU markets.
