What you will do
- Lead subject matter expertise within the Platforms Team, researching and analysing online harms.
- Work hands-on to research and write intelligence deliverables.
- Communicate directly with clients, presenting key risks, threats, trends, and issues concisely.
- Stay updated with industry trends and support proactive research on trust and safety issues.
- Support, mentor, and grow the breadth of expertise within the team.
- Collaborate with peers to improve the wider intelligence team's output.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in English language (C1+)
- Fully conversant with regulation and how it applies to online risks.
- Experience in managing projects end-to-end, with flexibility in addressing specific case needs.
- Previous experience in relevant risk areas, through research, safeguarding, or intelligence.
- Existing knowledge of social media platforms and how they work.
- Ability to conduct research across different social media platforms, prioritise workloads, and manage deadlines.
