What you will do

  • Assist in exploration and refinement of the product roadmap by partnering closely with the Product Manager.
  • Prioritise the team’s product backlog to ensure focus is on maximum value aligned with product strategy.
  • Maintain the team’s product backlog, ensuring an appropriate pipeline of refined items is ready for development.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to translate requirements into user stories with detailed feature specifications and well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, reviews, inceptions and retrospectives.
  • Define product release plans and regularly communicate delivery progress and milestones to all affected stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A curious product mindset with a passion for mobile-first experiences.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Skilled facilitator who drives outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Agile delivery environments, ideally with exposure to mobile application development.
  • Familiarity with mobile development lifecycles, app store processes, and platform-specific constraints and opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of product tools, lifecycle and practices.
