🔺SALES & STRATEGY TEAM LEADER
International automotive finance company.
The role combines strategic leadership, market expansion, and cross-border business development to support the company's automotive finance operations in Russia and the CIS.
📍 Moscow

🔹Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business expansion activities and initiatives, identify growth opportunities
• Lead market analysis, track performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to the management team
• Execute and support annual business planning processes
• Develop the company's financial products and drive business initiatives
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners, support negotiations
• Support the management team and HQ reporting
• Manage and lead team members, set performance indicators
• Occasional business travel to the CIS countries
 
🔹Required Experience:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in automotive finance or banking in Russia and the CIS
• Work experience within an international company
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, business and strategic thinking
• Team and project leadership experience required
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, native Russian

Full-time position (5/2) based in Moscow, occasional business travel to the CIS countries
