• Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify the skills, capabilities, and mindsets needed for the future.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development programs using data, insights, and feedback.
• Contribute to global talent and succession planning processes.
• Help design career frameworks, progression models, and learning journeys.
• Develop practical tools, guidelines, and resources that enable meaningful career conversations.

Requirements

• Experience in training, talent development, or HR program design.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with talent data and assessments.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, actionable solutions.
• Clear communication and strong partnership skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and/or change management.
• Business‑fluent English
