What you will do

• Maintain, validate, and update global HR master data within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions with HR and IT teams.
• Ensure adherence to global data governance standards and data protection policies.
• Identify root causes of recurring data issues and propose sustainable improvements.
• Contribute to HRIS enhancements, testing, and documentation.
• Support global HR reports and dashboards related to employee master data.

Requirements

• Experience in Master Data Management and HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for data quality.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
